@Obscure_Observer I also wanted to play to play Black Myth on Xbox on the 20th August and am disappointed I cannot because Game Science will not be releasing it on the platform. I understand your frustration, however this does not mean you should debase yourself with this bitter besmirching of the game on other formats in an attempt to take the shine of the experience many PS5 gamers will, likely, have when enjoying the game on launch day. You need to be better.

The article mentions:
* PC
* Nintendo Switch
* PlayStation 4
* PlayStation 5
But why isn’t there a mention of the Xbox Series version?
Is this leak actually correct? The 2016 indie game No Man’s Sky allows you to get in your spacecraft and circle a planet and land wherever you want. I’m sure in the multimillion dollar Starfield you can do this, if I recall, the gameplay trailer showed a spacecraft landing on a planet.
If the reception to Starfield and its showcase hasn’t been so positive I suspect Microsoft would not have raised its prices.
IGN standing by Team Xbox - that's what we like to see.
"PlayStation players can pretend otherwise, but if Starfield comes out and is as big as a Fallout or Elder Scrolls release, it is going to be a huge pain point not to have access to it on their console of choice."
Starfield WILL pain PlayStation fans who can't play it! But this Paul Tassi article smacks of fanboyism point scoring. I'm looking forward to playing Starfield in September, I have no interest in driving sim Forza that comes out in October althou...
Guardian hack writer Keza Macdonald who uses the pronouns they and she is the person who gave Hogwarts Legends a 6/10 -not because them thought it was deserving of that score but because them wanted to make a stand for trans rights. So forgive me if I don’t rate them opinion as them might not be making a judgement on game quality but how much the Xbox PR influenced them!
How does Microsoft classify a player of a Game Pass game? I read it’s by a game download and one launch.
Hopefully it's full into development of Redfall 2.
The first Assassin's Creed game had a great concept but was a little underwhelming to play, but Assassin's Creed II took those ideas and turned them into a brilliant sequel. So RF2 could capitalise on the great ideas of the original Redfall and truly become the Last of Us Factions alternative that the Xbox community has been secretly needing.
I respect all people being included in games. But there should be proper labelling of games because some parents don't want their children to play games with LGBTQ+ focus. My cousin and his wife (a strict religious couple) let their daughter 11 years old play Tchia. Only to find the lead character who is TWELVE YEARS OLD have a lesbian romance and show her dad and his ex-boyfriend. I have no problem with it but don't hide LGBTQ+ content from parents - allow them to make an informed ch...
The game has just launched and you’re giving a plot spoiler in your title. Let the peasants who didn’t get free review copies weeks in advance have the chance to enjoy the game at their own pace.
After yesterday's surprising news Redfall could be the perfect tonic to help the Xbox community get over it.
Play Halo Infinite and Forza Horizon 5 with the PlayStation DualSense? Best of both worlds.
That's incredible facial animation. If the in-game graphics, gameplay, combat and story all match that high standard it then I can see the potential for this truly being Hellblade II: Ragnarok Killer.
Doesn’t apply to Xbox as it has Pentiment.
@Charlieboy333 The games you listed will all likely be great, but it doesn’t mean that for PS5 to succeed Xbox has to fail. This badly written article is not about hating on PlayStation, but enjoying Xbox - and when Hellblade II: God of War Ragnarok Killer is released a lot of people will just be happy to kick back and enjoy the game.

Whilst Xbox never had a God of War/Horizon Forbidden West/Gran Turismo 7/ Ghostwire Tokyo calibre of exclusive in 2022, it did have High on Life which was free on Game Pass so was available to everyone and quickly became one of the most beloved games of the Xbox community. Aaron Greenberg tweeted delighted with its success.

GamesIndustry.biz's Christopher Dring has stopped reported the platform sales ratio breakdown of Hogwarts Legacy.
10 Points to Slytherin for whoever can guess the reason why.
@DarXyde There does need to be games shown that are demonstrably improved over standard PS5 versions. What would be the best games to do this? I haven't played it but I think Cyberpunk 2077 could look great, Black Myth: Wukong as well a new version of Bloodborne and maybe that Ghost of Tsushima sequel. Everything shown in 4K 60fps with ray tracing!
